Red River is an ideal town for walkers
. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer.

After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miners Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available by calling (575) 770-5959.  Please call in advance for special services.

The Red River Miners Transit provides free year-round service to any individual needing transportation.  The Miners Transit has two wheelchair accessible units.  Transportation pick-up is available by calling (575) 770-5959.  Please call in advance for special services.

Service Area: Red River, June Bug, Fawn Lakes, & Elephant Rock Campgrounds, Upper Red River Valley, & Bobcat Pass. (Upper Red River Valley & Bobcat Pass call in advance.)

Hours of Operation: Seven days a week, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (hours vary during summer, holidays and special events).
